Help For Animals Inc operates as a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that was organized by our founder, the late Dorothy Cridlin, and a handful of volunteers for the purpose of curbing the pet overpopulation in the Tri-state area.

The Clinic also offers other veterinary needs such as vaccinations, wellness visits, parasite control, dental care, soft-tissue surgery, therapeutic laser procedures, and more. Dr. Pinkston can take care of most of your pet's general needs. Our newly remodeled clinic features a large waiting area, 3 examination / treatment rooms, and a full surgical suite to comfortably accommodate the needs of your pets and he or she can look forward to meeting their own Tri-State area veterinarian.

Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. Effective June 8, 2016 we will no longer accept checks for payment. We accept cash, all major credit cards as well as Care Credit.
Adoptions
Currently at the Help for Animals Clinic, we have a number of kittens and cats that are up for adoption. Please come by the clinic at One Humane Way, Barboursville Wv to see them all. All adoption kittens and cats have been vaccinated, spayed or neuter, dewormed, and tested for FIV/Felv.
We are excited to announce that Help For Animals Inc. has been accepted into the Bissell Pet Foundation. With this partnership we hope to gain access to much needed grants to help local animals.
